   Simon Pooni was a young man with the world seemingly in the palm of his hand. A budding high school basketball star until his body was struck with the cruel disease multiple sclerosis. Confined to a wheelchair and losing sight in one eye, all of his friends desert him except for his teammate Chris.One night after watching their favorite movie starring Tad Scott as the super hero Superior, a strange visitor enters Chris' life. A talking monkey in an astronaut suit named Ormon. Taking Chris to a distant dimension he transforms him into his hero, the mighty Superior. Discovering himself to be an exact replica of his hero with super strength, flight, invulnerability and super speed he sets out to help the world. Sharing his secret with his friend Chris this young man has become his hero Superior.
